1. License Grant

You are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable, personal-use license to use BriefDay for your own productivity and business operations. One purchase = one user.

2. As-Is Disclaimer

BriefDay is a configuration framework for Claude Code. It is a collection of markdown files, scripts, and skill definitions. It does not guarantee any specific results, revenue, productivity gains, or outcomes. It is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind, express or implied.

3. Third-Party Responsibility

You are solely responsible for your own:

BriefDay does not include or manage any third-party subscriptions.

4. Permissions and Safety

BriefDay ships in safe mode (standard Claude Code permission settings). The included settings.json blocks destructive commands by default.

Users who modify permission settings, disable safety hooks, or use --dangerously-skip-permissions do so entirely at their own risk. BriefDay documentation does not instruct or recommend bypassing Claude Code's permission system.

Your purchase includes the current version as a ZIP file. Future major updates will be available at a discount. The system is designed to be extended by you over time.

This agreement is governed by the laws of the State of California.
