1. License Grant

You are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable, personal-use license to use BriefDay for your own productivity and business operations. One purchase = one user.

2. As-Is Disclaimer

BriefDay is a configuration framework for Claude Code. It is a collection of markdown files, scripts, and skill definitions. It does not guarantee any specific results, revenue, productivity gains, or outcomes. It is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind, express or implied.

3. Third-Party Responsibility

You are solely responsible for your own:

Anthropic subscription and API costs
Compliance with Anthropic's Terms of Service
Compliance with all third-party platform Terms of Service (LinkedIn, Google, Spotify, YouTube, etc.)
Any API keys, credentials, or accounts you configure

BriefDay does not include or manage any third-party subscriptions.

4. Permissions and Safety

BriefDay ships in safe mode (standard Claude Code permission settings). The included settings.json blocks destructive commands by default.

Users who modify permission settings, disable safety hooks, or use --dangerously-skip-permissions do so entirely at their own risk. BriefDay documentation does not instruct or recommend bypassing Claude Code's permission system.

5. User Conduct

You are solely responsible for:

How you use, configure, and extend BriefDay
All actions taken by Claude Code on your machine
All data accessed, processed, or generated
All content created using BriefDay skills and commands

6. No Sensitive Data

All content in BriefDay consists of templates, frameworks, and anonymized examples. Any resemblance to real persons, businesses, or organizations is coincidental.

7. Restrictions

You may NOT:

Resell, redistribute, or sublicense BriefDay
Use BriefDay to create a competing product
Share your purchase with others (one license = one user)
Remove or alter copyright notices

8. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless AstraBrava LLC and its owners from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of BriefDay.

9. Refund Policy

14-day refund, no questions asked. Contact [email protected].

10. Updates

Your purchase includes the current version as a ZIP file. Future major updates will be available at a discount. The system is designed to be extended by you over time.

11. Governing Law

This agreement is governed by the laws of the State of California.
